Protection Plan

The Lessee’s personal contents shall be protected up to $5,000 under a Protection Plan for a fee of $5.99 plus tax every 4 weeks, excluding commercial and vehicle contents.

To be excluded from this Protection Plan the Lessee must provide the Lessor with written proof of contents coverage through an independent insurance provider and sign our protection plan cancellation form. Lessee hereby understand and agree that: a) under no circumstances will the total value of the contents stored in the storage unit or be deemed to exceeded $5,000; and b) Lessor will not insure Lessee’s contents and all contents Lessee maintains in the storage unit is solely at Lessee’s own risk and peril. Should Lessee wish to insure your contents in excess of $5,000, Lessee is required to obtain an insurance policy through an independent insurance provider and Lessor with proof of insurance coverage. If a Lessee rents more than one storage unit, the protection plan must be purchased separately for each storage unit. Protection plan fees must be paid in advance for the same number of months for which the Lessee makes storage unit rental payments. Nonpayment or breach of the rental agreement automatically terminates the Protection Plan. The Protection Plan is underwritten by Tripemco Burlington Insurance (Halton) Group Limited
